Eoin Dillon (born 1 June 1987 in Milford, County Cork, Ireland) is an Irish sportsperson. He plays hurling with his local club Milford and is a substitute Full Back for the Cork Inter-County Team. He made his debut for Cork in the 2010 NHL final on the second of May in which Cork lost to Galway by 8 points.
