Epitoge
An epitoge is a piece of garment over other apparel.
An AKC epitoge accompanying the academic dress of King's College London.
For example, in King's College London graduation ceremony, the epitoge is a short streamer of black fabric that accompanies the academic gowns worn by the graduates and the academics.
