Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (formerly Equal Opportunities International) is a peer-reviewed academic journal publishing research on racial, sexual, religious, disability and age discrimination, equal opportunities, and affirmative action.

It is published by Emerald Group Publishing (since 2006) and was established in 1981. The journal changed its name from Equal Opportunities International to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in 2010.[1] Its editor-in-chief is Regine Bendl (Vienna University of Economics and Business), who succeeded Mustafa F. Özbilgin in 2010.[2]

The journal organizes an annual conference, the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion conference (formerly the Equal Opportunities International conference).[3]
