Ernest Eugene Kell, Jr. (born July 5, 1928) is an American politician. He served as mayor of Long Beach, California from 1984 to 1994, and is also a former city councillor.[1][2] A Korean War veteran, Kell also owned a drafting and contracting company.[3][4][5] He is married to Jackie, who is a former member of the Long Beach city council.[6]
