Ernst Theodor Oswald Brandi (13 July 1875 – 22 October 1937) was a German mining-engineer, industrial-manager and chairman of the Ruhrbergbau.[1] He did not sign the Industrielleneingabe, a petition signed by twenty representatives of industry, finance, and agriculture on 19 November 1932, requesting that the President of Germany Paul von Hindenburg make Adolf Hitler the Chancellor of Germany but he did participate in the Secret Meeting of 20 February 1933 between Hitler and 20 to 25 industrialists aimed at financing the election campaign of the Nazi Party.
