Erra (stylized as ERRA) is an American metalcore band from Birmingham, Alabama,[1] formed in 2009. Their namesake comes from the eponymous god of mayhem in Akkadian mythology, while their influences include Misery Signals, Born of Osiris, As I Lay Dying and Saosin.[2] The band has released 3 EPs and 3 studio albums to date; their second studio album Augment reached #1 on the Billboard "Heatseekers Albums" chart in 2013.[3] Their latest album, titled Drift, was released on April 8, 2016. They have toured with bands such as August Burns Red, TesseracT, Born of Osiris, Glass Cloud, Within the Ruins and Texas in July.[4][5][6][7][8][9]
