Esthela de Jesús Ponce Beltrán (born 27 August 1964) is a Mexican politician affiliated to the Institutional Revolutionary Party. As of 2014 she served as Deputy of the LIX and LXI Legislatures of the Mexican Congress as a plurinominal representative. She is the incumbent Mayor of La Paz, Baja California Sur.[1][2]
