Ethmia lineatonotella is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It is found in India (Darjeeling, Assam, Kurseong), Myanmar, Vietnam, China and Taiwan.[1]
The wingspan is 40–50 mm. The forewings are overlaid with black markings on a yellowish background. The hindwings are brownish, but orange at the base.[2] Adults are on wing nearly year round.
The larvae feed on Ehretia longiflora.
