Etta Hulme (December 22, 1923 – June 25, 2014) was an American editorial cartoonist. Her syndicated cartoons have appeared in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram since 1972. She won the National Cartoonist Society Editorial Cartoon Award for 1981 and 1998.[1][2] She was born in Somerville, Texas.
