Eugen Oswald

Eugen Oswald was born in 1826. He was a journalist in Germany with democratic beliefs. He participated in the revolutionary movement in Baden in 1848-1849. After the defeat of the Baden uprising, Eugen Oswald emigrated to England. He died in 1912.[1]
