Euphaedra castanoides, the Chestnut Orange Forester, is a butterfly in the Nymphalidae family. It is found in Nigeria, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Tanzania.[2] The habitat consists of forests.

The larvae possibly feed on Sapindaceae species.
