Eupithecia parallaxis is a moth in the family Geometridae. It is found in Colombia.
The wingspan is about 20–21 mm for males. The forewings are dark fuscous, with slight cinnamon suffusion. The hindwings are paler, darkening slightly toward the termen and more strongly in the abdominal region.[2]
