Eureka! Restaurant Group

The Eureka! Restaurant Group is a full-service hamburger restaurant chain based in Hawthorne, California.[1]

Its restaurants sell hamburgers and other foods made with locally sourced ingredients, a wide and rotating range of craft beers chosen individually at each location, and artisanal spirits.[2] In 2013, the chain opened an alternative "tasting kitchen" concept for some of its restaurants.[3]

Locations

The group was founded in 2009 by Paul Frederick and Justin Nedelman. By early 2015, it had expanded to 17 restaurants in California, Washington, and Texas, with plans to open three more restaurants that year.[1]

Eureka! is an American craft kitchen concept that strives to utilize local, fresh and homemade ingredients. Their menu features unique appetizers such as their truffle fries that come with their signature havarti cheese truffle sauce, osso bucco riblets that feature their homemade firecracker aioli and various other eureka! creations. The restaurant offers many entrees from a bone marrow burger to a naked chicken saltimbocca. Their beef is all natural, 100% vegetarian fed, hormone & antibiotic free. [4]

American Craft Beer and Small-Batch Whiskey

Eureka! restaurants each offer a unique selection of American craft beers and small batch whiskeys. Each store has a permanent tap list and a rotating tap list of local beers that they are featuring. Eureka takes pride in featuring bourbons and beers that were crafted by true American artisans.
