Eurobank a.d. is a bank in Serbia and the subsidiary of Eurobank Ergasias. The full name of the Serbian branch is Eurobank Akcionarsko Društvo Beograd, and its headquarters are at Vuka Karadžića 10, Belgrade.

On March 27, 2003, Greek bank Eurobank-Ergasias acquired 68.06% stake in Serbian bank Postbanka. During 2004 Eurobank-Ergasias increased its stake in Postbanka to 93.5% and officially changed its name to EFG Eurobank Beograd. In August 2005, Eurobank-Ergasias purchased 100% stake in another Serbian bank - Nacionalna štedionica - and promptly carved it organizationally under the umbrella of EFG Eurobank Beograd (though initially keeping namebrand). During 2006, Eurobank-Ergasias started work on merging its two Serbian entities. The merger became official in October 2006.

According to its annual financial report for the calendar year of 2007 submitted to Serbian Economic Register Agency, the company has 1,385 employees and it posted an annual profit of RSD1,318,696,000 (approximately 16.5 million at the time).[2]

2011

According to the Individual - Non-Audited financial statement for the year of 2011, total net operating revenues of EFG Eurobank (Serbia) increased with 5.86%, from RSD 13,098,293 thousands to RSD 13,865,375 thousands. Operating result increased from RSD 2,733,752 thousands to RSD 2,898,038 thousands, i.e. 6.01% change.[3]
