European Media Management Education Association

The European Media Management Education Association (emma) is an international not-for-profit organisation that was founded in 2003 in response to the dramatic growth in media management courses and programmes at higher education institutions throughout Europe. It has some 150 members for 20 European universities.[1] Its main activities are an annual conference and a biannual summer school.

The current president is Gregory Ferrel Lowe. The next conference will be held at the Baltic Film and Media School in Tallinn in June 2014. The next doctoral summer school will be held at Jönköping International Business School in August 2014.
