FC AK is a South African football club from the West Rand, Johannesburg which was established in 2006 and currently plays in the National First Division. Although the club has been playing its home fixtures at the Eldorado Park Stadium, the club has officially relocated to its place of origin in March 2013. Driven by its motto, "Soli Deo Nissi", translated in English, "In God We Ttrust", FC AK is well known for its attractive football and has been known for its surprise victories over well accomplished teams relegated to the National First Division from the Premier Soccer League.

The club has established strategic partnerships with community based enterprises and professional agencies, in its quest to bring the brand closer to the community. Furthermore, FC AK has developed strategic partnership with community based football associations and youth development academies in the West Rand, such as Florida Albion Football Club who currently participate in the Castle League and Bosmont Local Football Association, who focus on youth development programmes for Under 9, 11, 15, 19, as part of their youth development skills transfer and skill development programme.

FC AK is currently planning coaching clinics for previously disadvantaged communities within the West Rand District, as part of their community development programme from the 2013/2014 season.

To further position the club within the West Rand community, from the 2013/2014 season, FC AK will occupy the Bill Jardine Stadium in the West Rand as its home ground, to host its home fixtures. The stadium is also home to the Raiders Rugby Club Franchise.

FC AK has a tenacious spirit and display's brave performances against well established sides, and in the current 2012/2013 season they have caused major upsets in beating the log leaders at the time Mpumalanga Black Aces and top form side United FC. FC AK is perhaps one of the most talked about National First Division (NFD)teams and should anything go by the way the team is playing, and the new established management, many people might be surprised to see the team cause further upsets, even advancing to the Premier Soccer League.
