Football Club Lanaudière is a Canadian semi-professional soccer club based in Terrebonne, Quebec. The club was founded in 2016 by the Lanaudière regional soccer association to replace FC L'Assomption-Lanaudière after the latter's departure from the Première Ligue de soccer du Québec. The club is owned and operated by the association and is supported by the region's 14 soccer clubs, and is the first club in the PLSQ to use this regional model.[1]
To reflect the club's intended representation of the entire region, it plays its home matches at four different venues in four different cities in Lanaudière: L'Assomption (Armand-Corbeil), Joliette (Stade Municipal), Mascouche (Terrain Paul-Gohier) and Terrebonne (Stade André-Courcelles).[2]
