Finnish communications regulatory authority or FICORA (Finnish: Viestintävirasto, Swedish: Kommunikationsverket), located in Helsinki, is the public authority responsible of communication regulations in Finland. FICORA regulates radio frequencies and television broadcast permits, and supervises operation of Internet service providers, and manages the .fi domain zone.
