FK Arsenal is a Montenegrin football club based in the coastal town of Tivat. Currently, the club is competing in Montenegrin Third League South. The club's greatest league achievements are the champion title of Montenegro (former Zeta Banovina) in 1935/36 season, and 5th place in the Montenegrin Second League in 2006/07 season.
Founded in 1914, Arsenal is the second oldest football club in Montenegro, after FK Lovćen (established in 1913). The club was first established as FK Orjen, and was merged with another club, FK Zrinjski, in 1930 under the new name FK Arsenal. The name was derived from the nearby naval repair facility "MRTZ Sava Kovačević", known colloquially as Arsenal.
