MŠK Považská Bystrica is a Slovak football team, based in the town of Považská Bystrica. The club was founded in 1920 as SK Považská Bystrica and played in the Czechoslovak First League four times, finally in the 1989–90 season, but never in Corgoň liga, The first Slovakian championship.

The main club sponsor Raven company has ended support of football team in Považská Bystrica, despite the club was on a first place in Majstrovstvá regiónu 2012/2013 (4th level) competition after autumn part and so club was dissolved due financial crisis following lost main sponsor.
