FK Sirijus Klaipėda is a defunct Lithuanian football club, playing in the Žalgiris Stadium in Klaipėda. The club won the Lithuanian Championship in 1990, and twice won the Lithuanian Football Cup: in 1988 and 1990.

Founded in 1973 as FK Atlantas Klaipėda the club was renamed in 1989 to FK Sirijus Klaipėda. In 1996 the club was dissolved and got up into FK Atlantas.
