Fabio Betancur Tirado
Fabio Betancur Tirado (October 30, 1938 – November 20, 2011) was the Roman Catholic archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manizales, Colombia.
Ordained to the priesthood in 1964, Betancur Tirado was named a bishop in 1982 resigning in 2010.[1]
