Fagatogo is village situated on Tutuila Island, within Pago Pago Harbor. Its population (as of April 1, 2009) is 3,000. Fagatogo is listed in the Constitution of American Samoa as the territory's official seat of government.[1][2][3] It is part of the urban agglomeration of Pago Pago, which is adjacent to the Fagatago village. The Co-Cathedral of St. Joseph the Worker of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Samoa-Pago Pago is located in the village.[4]
