Fantasy Movie League (FML) is an online fantasy simulation sport created by Kinetoplay and Matthew Berry where instead of drafting a team of athletes to a roster, players are given fake money called FML Bux each week to fill a theater with eight movies of their choice. [1] The goal is to try and make the most money each week by picking the perfect combination of movies.

History

FML began in the summer of 2015.

A special contest was held with the hosts of The View, where the winner was flown to the Oscars.[2]

Gameplay

FML is played in seasons: Summer, Fall, Awards, and Spring. Weekly totals are added together to compete for the season with the winners awarded movie themed prizes. Private leagues can also be created to compete against friends. [3]
