Amir Brigadier General Farzad Esmaili (Persian: فرزاد اسماعیلی) is the current commander of the Iranian Air Defense Base.
Brigadier General Esmaili was appointed as the commander of one of the most important military bases in Iran before he was 40.
Khatam-ol-Anbia Air Defense Base which is under his command, was established in 2008 through the order of Iran's Supreme Leader. It is considered as one of the four branches of the military.
