Federico Sandi (born 12 August 1989 in Voghera)[1] is an Italian motorcycle racer. Currently he races in the Italian CIV Superbike Championship for the AP Racing Team aboard a Ducati Panigale. He participated in Minibike Italian Championship, Grand Prix motorcycle racing as well as other many notable international races.[1] Born in Voghera, the son of esteemed chief mechanic Giovanni Sandi, he started racing aged 9 in the Italian Pocket Bike Championship. He made his Grand Prix debut in 2005 on a Honda under Angaia Racing team colours.
