Fedja Marušič (born October 10, 1971 in Solkan) is a Slovenian slalom canoer who competed from the late 1980s to the mid-2000s (decade).
He won two silver medals in the K-1 team event at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships, earning them in 1995 and 1999. He also won a silver and a bronze in the same event at the European Championships.
Marušič also competed in two Summer Olympics, earning his best finish of 15th in the K-1 event in Sydney in 2000.
