Fernanda José Cuadra Delgado (born September 7, 1984) is a Nicaraguan former swimmer, who specialized in individual medley events.[1] Cuadra swam for Nicaragua in the women's 200 m individual medley at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. She received a ticket from FINA, under a Universality program, in an entry time of 2:37.45.[2][3] She participated in heat one against three other swimmers Marina Mulyayeva of Kazakhstan, Alexandra Zertsalova of Kyrgyzstan, and two-time Olympian Meritxell Sabate of Andorra. She rounded out the field in fourth place at 2:38.25, exactly eight-tenths of a second (0.80) below her entry standard. Cuadra did not advance into the semifinals, as she placed thirty-sixth overall in the prelims.[4][5]
