In The Beginning is a compilation by death metal band Nile, which combines their two EPs, Ramses Bringer of War and Festivals of Atonement in their entirety. It was released in 2000.

Festivals of Atonement was released on LP format on February 10th, 1995 through their own label, Anubis Records. Ramses Bringer of War was released as a cassette demo on November 19th, 1996 on the same label, and later in 1997 on CD and CS formats through Visceral Records.
