Fictor Gideon Roring, also known as Coach Ito, is a famous basketball coach born in Manado, Indonesia, December 18, 1972 [1]and is the 4th child of five siblings. He graduated from SMA 3 High School. The father of two children was once the coach of the Indonesia national basketball team for the 2007 SEA Games in Thailand. In 2015 he signed to be head coach of Garuda Bandung in the new league IBL 2015. Previously, he took home silver from the 2015 SEA Games in Singapore where he coached the Indonesian men's basketball team.[2][3]

After retiring in 2001, he decided to become a coach.
Satria Muda BritAma
Satria Muda is the first team he trained; they won three titles: IBL Season 2004, 2005, and 2007.[4]
Garuda Bandung
After training the Indonesian national team, he signed a contract in 2015 to coach Garuda Bandung.[5]

Indonesia Men's Basketball Team
In 2007, he first coached the national basketball team in the Indonesia SEA Games. He was appointed national team coach for the Indonesia SEA Games in 2015. He also coached in the arena SEABA Championship in Singapore.[6][7]
