Fidel Vargas

Fidel Vargas is a former mayor of Baldwin Park, California.

Fidel was elected mayor in 1992, defeating Bette Lowes. He was reelected in 1994 but did not run for reelection in 1997.[1][2] When he was elected, Fidel was 23 years old, making him one of the youngest elected officials in history.[1] Fidel graduated from Harvard University.[1]

Fidel has three sons: Max, Julian, and Nicolas.
