Fil Rocca

Filip Rocca is a former Canadian soccer player, current owner of Windsor Stars of League1 Ontario, and restaurant owner.[1]

Rocca began playing professional soccer in 2004 with Windsor Border Stars of the Canadian Professional Soccer League.[2] In 2005, and 2006 he was awarded the CSL Defender of the Year award.[3][4] During his five year tenure with the organization he achieved two Open Canada Cups, and a AISL Championship.[5][6] After Windsor ceased operations in 2010 Rocca relaunched the club in 2011 under the name Windsor Stars.[7][8]
