Filip Mitrovic

Filip Mitrovic a.k.a. The Elkcloner is a Serbian-American composer from Brooklyn, New York. His debut album was released via EMI Music in 2012.[1] The Elkcloner song "Come Away With Me" was used in a Rémy Martin television commercial featuring Robin Thicke and Paula Patton, which premiered during the NBA Eastern Conference Finals on ESPN.[2] The single "Crossfire" peaked at #13 on MTV Adria chart in May 2012.[3]

Mitrovic's music was premiered at Carnegie Hall in 2010.[4]

In 2012, he was nominated for Daytime Emmy Award in the category "Outstanding Achievement in Music Direction and Composition for a Drama Series".[5]

Mitrovic scored TV shows for Discovery Channel, History, Animal Planet, MSNBC, ABC, NBC Sports[6] and promos for Starz TV.[7]

As a composer for tomandandy, he worked on a number of Hollywood feature films.[8]

Collaborating with various artists such as The Blue Man Group, Jon Batiste and Yerba Buena (band), Mitrovic co-created the title theme music for George Lopez's blockbuster Spare Parts (film), starring Marisa Tomei and Jamie Lee Curtis.[9]

In 2015, Mitrovic was nominated for Latin Grammy Album Of The Year Award for producing Miguel Bose's "Amo".[10]
