Film School in Písek

The Film Academy of Miroslav Ondříček in Písek is private school located in South Bohemia in Písek.[1] The school is named after Miroslav Ondříček, a Czech cinematographer and patron of the school. The school offers bachelor degrees, master degrees and vocational courses in screenwriting, directing, cinematography, sound and editing.[2]

The school has an International Film Studies Program, which is an intensive one-year film course in English language, in directing, producing, screenwriting, sound and editing, cinematography and animation.[3]

Every autumn, the school organizes an international student film festival.
