The Finland Rugby Referees Association (FRRA; Finnish: Suomen Rugbyerotuomariyhdistys) is the organisation responsible for the provision of match officials to all official games of rugby union in Finland. FRRA was founded in December 2009 and takes its mandate from the Finnish Rugby Federation, of which it is a permanent member.[1]

At the end of the 2014 season, FRRA had 26 registered members and a 100% appointment rate across all competitions. The organisation has an ongoing exchange programme with the referee associations of Sweden and Norway whereby each country sends and hosts a match official during the playoff window on an annually-rotating basis. It also has close relations with the referee associations of Denmark and the Baltic nations. Training and education are held in partnership with the Finnish Rugby Federation. The primary source of FRRA's funding are club referee fees.
