Firouzeh Vokhshouri was born on August 7, 1948 in Tehran, Iran.
Marriage
She was married to Prince Asem bin Al Nayef whom she wed in 1974. They were divorced in 1985. She held the title of Her Royal Highness Princess Firouzeh Asem of Jordan, from the date of her marriage until May 2004, when she lost the favor of HRH (His Royal Highness) by order of King Abdullah upon her remarriage. The correct form of address is now Princess Firouzeh Vokhshouri.
Her father is Hamid Vokhshouri who lives in Tehran.
Children
She has three daughters with her ex-husband:
- Princess Yasmine {born June 30, 1975}
- Princess Sarah (born August 12, 1978)
- Princess Noor (born October 6, 1982)
Career
The Princess has been an attaché at the Jordanian Embassy in Madrid since 1992.
