First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. is a financial holding company headquartered in Billings, Montana, USA. It is the parent company of First Interstate Bank, a community bank offering a full range of online, mobile, and other banking and financial services throughout Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota.

First Interstate BancSystem Inc.’s course was set by its founder, Homer Scott, Sr., who believed that people and organizations are not known by what they say, but by what they do. Properties

First Interstate Bank is a fifty-percent owner and primary tenant of the First Interstate Center, a 20-story building in Billings, Montana.[1] Completed in 1985 the 272 foot (83 m) structure is the tallest building in the state of Montana.[2]
