First Ladies and Gentlemen of Pakistan (Urdu: ڂاتون اول يا مردݕاكستان) is an unofficial title traditionally given to the wife or husband of the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan.[1] Kalsoom Nawaz Sharif, wife of Nawaz Sharif, is the current First Lady of Pakistan. Along with their spouse and children, the First Lady or Gentleman is a member of the First Family of Pakistan.
