First Time EP is an EP released by American rock and roll band The Connection.[1] The three-track album was recorded while the band was on tour in France, and released digitally and on vinyl in October 2013.[2] It includes one original song, and a cover of The Who and The Boys.[2]

History

Production

The three-track EP was recorded in 2013, while the band was on tour in Europe. Recording took place at Warmaudio in France, and according to the band, "We had a day off in France on our 2013 European tour so we hit the studio and recorded a few songs we had been playing." It was mixed by Dean Baltulonis at the Wild Arctic.[2]

Release

The EP was released digitally on October 19, 2013,[3] and King Yum Records released it on 45rpm 7" vinyl, with "Don't Talk To My Baby" on side A, and "First Time" on side B. In Spain, the album was released on Ghost Highway Records.[2]
