Fiscal Studies is a quarterly peer-reviewed academic journal published by Wiley-Blackwell on behalf of the Community and Urban Sociology Section of the Institute for Fiscal Studies. The journal was established in 1979 and covers public economics and fiscal policy such as taxation and finance, as well as educational inequality, debt in low-income families, and welfare-to-work programmes.
