FlashDP (pronounced as Flash D.P.) is a mobile web application for creating custom animated graphics. It was developed by Neo Ighodaro and the first public release of FlashDP was in early 2013.[1] It was developed primarily for BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) users who may wish to use these free animated GIF pictures as their BBM display pictures.
History
FlashDP was developed in early 2013 taking off the concept that BlackBerry Messenger users generally prefer animated display pictures to static display pictures. The mobile web application aims to make sure it stays free and provide this basic service free.[2]
