Featured projects

The conference offers a few projects focused at promotion and advancement of one’s own game products.

Game contest is an inveterate Flash GAMM event awarding submitted flash, social, HTML5, iOS and Android titles. It gives an opportunity to game developers to present their games, while publishers and investors may find new interesting titles and talented developers. The award ceremony usually closes the conference.

Speed Game Dating (SGD) is a series of short meetings of developers and publishers based on Speed Dating concept. SGD has 3 sections – flash, social and mobile. During the event developers and publishers sit at different sides of the table. Within 3 minutes developers have a chance to show their games to publishers and exchange contact information. When time is up a moderator gives a signal for publishers to move to next developer in the chain. SGD allows publishers to get acquainted with maximum developers and continue their negotiations during the conference.

Game Lynch is a special round table with industry professionals analysing presented games. The experts highlight highs and lows of their game design, usability ant visuals and offer the ways to eliminate the drawbacks. Game Lynch format allows developers to enhance their games at early stage of their development.

Vacancy Wall is a new FlashGAMM project helping attendees with employment. Jop postings are placed at the allotted area throughout the event, thus, the applicants may have a talk with the representatives of the companies right at the conference. 5) Blitz-sessions form a separate section with 8-10 five-minute lectures on various subjects.

Flash GAMM catalogue is a handbook of flash, social and mobile game developers and publishers. The information submission is free of charge and does not depend on the participation type. The catalogue is included into the conference brochure handed out to all attendees and is available only in printed form.

Gamm:Play is a new special event format introduced at DevGAMM Kyiv in 2013. [5] It allows developers to showcase their games in the exhibition zone and get live feedback from visitors.
