Florentina Olar-Spânu (born 6 August 1985) is a Romanian football striker, currently playing for Fortuna Hjørring in the Danish Elitedivisionen. She previously played for CFF Clujana in the Romanian First League, SS Lazio in Italy's Serie A,[1][2] and Cypriot club Apollon Limassol.

She is a member of the Romanian national team since 2001.[3]

Spânu accompanied compatriot Laura Rus in signing for Danish UEFA Women's Champions League contenders Fortuna Hjørring in 2013.[4]
