Florian Pumhösl (born 1971) is an artist based in Vienna.

Works

Pumhösl makes paintings, films and architectural installations informed by the historical avant-gardes. Neither straightforward historical reference nor appropriation, these works operate within a canon of abstract visual language, and reflect on the diverse manifestations of modernity.
