"Follow Me Down" is a song by American rock band The Pretty Reckless from their second studio album, Going to Hell. The song was released on November 18, 2014 as the album's fifth single. The song was written by the band's lead singer Taylor Momsen while production was done by Kato Khandwala . It went on to top Billboard's Mainstream Rock Songs chart, making it the band's third song achieving this status. It also marked The Pretty Reckless as the first female-fronted band to top Billboard's Mainstream Rock Songs with three number ones.
