The Football League 2 Cup is a football competition cup introduced the 2013-14 season. In this participate only the clubs of the new Football League 2. The Football League 2 Cup winner will compete at the end of the season with the winner of the Amateurs' Cup for Amateurs' Super Cup Greece.
First Round
In first round (qualifying) of the competition teams of each group compete each other on singles matches (with overtime and penalties) until the emergence of the winner of the Group. The pairs are result of drawing.

Quarterfinals
In second round (quarterfinals) participate eight teams: six Cup Winners Groups and two of the six finalists, selected after drawing. The eight teams after the draw compete on singles knockout matches at the home ground of the group will favor the draw.
