Forex Club is a group of companies that provide clients with market access and trade execution services in foreign exchange, contracts for difference on stocks, metals, indices and energy commodities, as well as training services and analytical tools.[1]

History

Forex Club was founded in 1997 in Russia and was licensed and registered by CySEC under license number CIF 164/12 since 2011.

Management

Pavel Teplukhin was Appointed Chairman of FOREX CLUB's Board of Directors in August 2012.[2]

Vladimir Kozlov was appointed CEO of FOREX CLUB Group of Companies in September 2012.[3]

Michael Geiger was appointed Executive Vice President in March 2014.[4]

Michael Geiger was elevated to CEO of FOREX CLUB Group of Companies in July 2015.[5]

United States

The company’s US entity Forex Club[6][7] was founded in 2005 and is headquartered at 120 Wall Street. Forex Club is registered with The United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission and is a member of the National Futures Association.[8][9]

Forex Club was recognized as the 6th fastest growing broker in America, the 9th fastest in the US, and placed 102nd overall nationwide according to Inc 5000.[10] The US company was closed and its retail clients moved to another broker in October 2012.[11]

Cyprus

Forex Club is a brand name of Indication Investments Limited, which is registered under The Cyprus Company Law with Registration Number HE 290930. The Company is authorized and regulated as a Cyprus Investment Firm (CIF) by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), under the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007 (Law 144(I)/2007), and is subject to CySEC Rules. The CySec Regulatory Registration for Indication Investments Limited is 164/12.[12]

Russia

Forex Club (Форекс Клуб) was established as legal entity in 2010 in Moscow, Russia. It is licensed by the The Federal Service for Financial Markets (license # 1564) a member of CRFIN (the Center for Regulating OTC Financial Instruments and Technologies), a self-regulatory organization created by Forex brokers.
