Forrest Clark Johnson, III

Forrest Clark Johnson, III is a retired high school teacher at Troup High School. Johnson is the author of several volumes on the history of Troup County, including Histories of LaGrange and Troup County, Genealogical and Historical Register of Troup County, Hill View and Hill View Annex Cemeteries, and People of LaGrange and Troup County. He has also co-authored two books, Treasures of Troup County: A Pictorial History and Travels Through Troup County: A Guide to its Architecture and History, which is currently nearing completion and will be going to print shortly.

Johnson has three children and two grandchildren: Jessica Leigh Johnson Moorhead and her two children of Franklin Springs, Georgia; Forrest Clark Johnson, IV and Christian Johnson of LaGrange, Georgia.[1]
