Forth and Clyde Canal Society
The Forth and Clyde Canal Society is a waterway society on the Forth & Clyde Canal in the Lowlands of Scotland, UK, and was formed in 1980 to 'campaign for the Forth and Clyde's preservation, restoration and development'[1] According to the Forth and Clyde Canal Society's website, their current aim is:
- "To promote the canal and to ensure its success"
The society currently has four boats[2] which are used as trip-boats, charter vessels and for members cruises along the canal.[3]
