Foster F. Diebold (born October 24, 1932) is an American academic. He was the president of the University of Alaska System from 1977 to 1979. He is an alumnus of Monmouth College, Seton Hall University, and Rutgers University (Doctor of Education, labor studies and collective bargaining).[1][2]
